Do you feel the POA manager abuses his authority and enforces the POA covenants only when it is advantageous to his specific agenda?

Do you think it’s a conflict of interest for POA employees to give property owners specific instructions during the ARB process that are approved but not “guaranteed”?

We the property owners pay for and deserve better. The actions and tone of the POA manager are not reflective of the great families friends and neighbors of our beautiful community! Together we can change Dunes West for the better!  The removal of John Watkins and the conflict of interest surrounding him being manager is only the beginning.
