Sainsburys are wanting to take over Argos. The local newspaper Express and Star have said Bilston Argos in the West Midlands is one under threat of closure. Argos is a store, along with independant smaller businesses that keep Bilston going. We need larger stores like this to keep people coming to town and not going to retail parks out of town that drive customers away from smaller independant retailers. It would have a great impact on the town in general sending away customers from far and local folk. Over the years our town has become busier and Argos has helped hugely with this. Help me save Argos and our town.
