Drugged driving needs to be stopped. There are so many loopholes in the system. My Brother Raymond Hubbard was killed by a drugged driver that was high on marijuana. He was in his wheelchair crossing the street when he fell out and was struck. He was killed by a driver who admitted that he had smoked marijuana. So many people have lost their lives because the system is broken, and laws allow people to get away with it. I want to bring light to this flaw in our legal system. We need to hold people who decide to break the law accountable. Marijuana might be legal but operating a vechicle under the influence of marijuana is illegal. Let's make a change now. Action needs to be taken immediately to enforce these laws.Let's get justice for Raymond. His life mattered just like your life matters.
