We, the undersigned, call for the immediate dropping of all criminal charges against Nichelle Henson. Currently, Nichelle faces bank fraud and false statement charges which are solely based on hearsay and do not have sufficient evidence to prove her guilt. We believe that there is reason to believe Nichelle is innocent, and that the charges against her should be dismissed immediately.

We believe that the charges against Nichelle Henson are a result of a violation of her Fourth Amendment rights. We ask that those responsible for Nichelle's arrest and prosecution take into consideration the following:

1. Insufficient Evidence: There is a lack of sufficient evidence to prove that Nichelle has committed the crimes she is being accused of. In fact, the charges are based solely on hearsay.

2. Reasonable Doubt: Given the lack of evidence, there is reason to believe that Nichelle is innocent.

3. Constitutional Rights: The Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution protects Nichelle's right against unreasonable search and seizure. We believe that Nichelle's Fourth Amendment rights have been violated, and that the prosecution does not have sufficient evidence to support the charges against her.

Therefore, we urgently request that the criminal charges against Nichelle Henson be dropped immediately. We also ask for an investigation into the Fourth Amendment violations that led to Nichelle's arrest and prosecution.
