Personally, our mornings as it stands, we have 25 minutes to complete stand-up, get our van assignments and do pre-check/and pre-loadout. Then we have 15-20 minutes to complete load-out and we are immediately expected to head to our first stop. This leaves us the only option to bring everything to our vans or stop at the gas station (which many of us do), or stop at our cars. 

Drivers are unable to utilize the front breakroom due to the distance it takes (at least a 5 min walk) and the allotted time given to inspect vehicles and head to load-out. Drivers would be able to have lockers of our own, an ice machine,coolers,tables/chairs/benches, and snacks.

This would benefit all by eliminating the time it takes to go to the gas station/or our vehicles to prepare us for our daily routes. This would assist in less time spent on our routes for these necessities. This would be solely for drivers' going on the road to ensure our health and safety needs are met.
