Drivers Get Citations for No Insurance: Where is a Scanner Autopolicy Payout Rate?
The Issue
So many drivers have been and continue to be insurance company casualties. An insured driver gets in a wreck. There is a police report. There are medical records where needed.
What needs to happen:
1. Valid accident report, i.e. the accident was not staged.
2. Insurance pays into the driver's bank account the amount of money promised on the insured''s contract.
3. There be no NEED to require a mediator before an insurance can pay settlement as per the contract.
4. The insured should not have to give any portion of the settlement to the insurance company.
Please make a note:
1. When a driver makes a lapse in insurance premium coverage, the driver loses insurance.
2. The loss of the insurance does not require mediation with attorneys.
3. When the insured is supposed to be paid the time to wait for the reimbursement can exceed the time it would take to lose coverage on unpaid premium. Why the discrepancy?
4. When the insured is supposed to be paid, there is a tendency for a necessity for an attorney? Why?
Drivers are beggars who must keep coverage alive by faithful premium payment and they are also paupers of their own benefits. Something is wrong with this picture!
Without insurance coverage, drivers face traffic citations with huge amounts. What do unyielding insurance companies get?
