Liebe Freunde und Unterstützer,

zunächst möchte ich mich von Herzen bei Ihnen allen für Ihre Unterstützung, Ihre ermutigenden Nachrichten und Ihre wertvolle Begleitung bedanken. Viele von Ihnen haben mich in den vergangenen Tagen nach dem aktuellen Stand meines Verfahrens gefragt. Deshalb möchte ich Sie heute in allgemeiner Form über die jüngsten Entwicklungen informieren.

In den vergangenen Wochen hat mein Fall auf internationaler Ebene einen wichtigen neuen Abschnitt erreicht. Gleichzeitig bereite ich gemeinsam mit meinen Rechtsanwältinnen eine umfassende Sammlung offizieller Unterlagen vor, die den zuständigen internationalen Stellen vorgelegt werden soll.

Im Rahmen dieser Vorbereitungen haben meine Rechtsanwältinnen in der Ukraine das zuständige Gericht aufgesucht, um offizielle Unterlagen über den bisherigen Ablauf des Verfahrens zu erhalten. Dabei stellte sich heraus, dass einige Dokumente, die nach unserem Verständnis Bestandteil der Gerichtsakte sein sollten, zum Zeitpunkt der Einsichtnahme nicht vorhanden waren. Selbst die Mitarbeiter des Gerichts konnten keine eindeutige Auskunft darüber geben, weshalb diese Unterlagen fehlten oder wo sie sich derzeit befinden.

Derzeit verfolgen wir diese Angelegenheit auf offiziellem Weg und ohne vorschnelle Schlussfolgerungen weiter, um zu klären, wo sich diese Dokumente befinden und sicherzustellen, dass sie den zuständigen internationalen Institutionen vollständig vorgelegt werden können.

Parallel dazu setzen wir die Zusammenstellung weiterer offizieller Unterlagen fort, damit die Ereignisse der vergangenen Monate vollständig, nachvollziehbar und auf der Grundlage belegbarer Tatsachen dokumentiert werden können.

Ich werde diesen Weg weiterhin mit Ruhe, Geduld und ausschließlich auf rechtsstaatlichem Weg verfolgen. Ich bin überzeugt, dass in einem Verfahren wie diesem jedes offizielle Dokument, jede belegbare Tatsache und jeder sorgfältig vorbereitete Schritt mehr Gewicht haben als vorschnelle Reaktionen.

Sobald die Unterlagen vollständig sind und den zuständigen Stellen vorgelegt wurden, werde ich Sie selbstverständlich erneut über die wichtigsten Entwicklungen informieren.

Zum Schluss möchte ich Ihnen allen nochmals von Herzen danken.

First of all, I would like to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for your support, your encouraging messages, and your valuable solidarity. Many of you have asked me in recent days about the current status of the case, and I feel it is important to provide you with a general update.

In recent weeks, the case has entered an important new stage at the international level. At the same time, together with my lawyers, I am preparing a comprehensive set of official documents to be submitted to the relevant international authorities.

As part of these preparations, my lawyers in Ukraine visited the competent court in order to obtain official documents concerning the course of the proceedings so far. During this review, it became apparent that some documents which we understood should have formed part of the court file were not available at the time of inspection. Even the court staff were unable to provide a clear explanation as to why these documents were missing or where they are currently located.

At this stage, we are continuing to follow up on this matter through official channels and without drawing premature conclusions, in order to clarify where these documents are and to ensure that they can be fully submitted to the competent international institutions.

In parallel, we are continuing to collect further official documents so that the events of the past months can be documented in a complete, transparent, and evidence-based manner.

I will continue to pursue this path calmly, patiently, and exclusively through lawful means. I remain convinced that in a case like this, every official document, every verifiable fact, and every carefully prepared step carries far more weight than any hasty reaction.

Once the documents have been completed and submitted to the competent authorities, I will, of course, inform you again about the most important developments.

Finally, I would like to thank all of you once again from the bottom of my heart.

Mise à jour de la procédure

Chers amis et chers soutiens,

Avant toute chose, je tiens à vous remercier sincèrement pour votre soutien, vos messages d’encouragement et votre précieuse solidarité. Beaucoup d’entre vous m’ont demandé ces derniers jours où en était la procédure, et j’ai estimé qu’il était important de vous informer, de manière générale, des derniers développements.

Au cours des dernières semaines, cette affaire est entrée dans une nouvelle étape importante au niveau international. Parallèlement, avec mes avocates, je prépare un dossier complet composé de documents officiels destinés à être soumis aux autorités internationales compétentes.

Dans le cadre de cette préparation, mes avocates en Ukraine se sont rendues auprès du tribunal compétent afin d’obtenir les documents officiels relatifs au déroulement de la procédure. À cette occasion, il est apparu que certains documents qui, selon notre compréhension, auraient dû figurer au dossier judiciaire n’étaient pas disponibles au moment de leur consultation. Même le personnel du tribunal n’a pas été en mesure de fournir une explication claire quant à l’absence de ces documents ni d’indiquer où ils se trouvent actuellement.

À ce stade, nous poursuivons les démarches par les voies officielles et sans tirer de conclusions hâtives, afin de déterminer où se trouvent ces documents et de veiller à ce qu’ils puissent être transmis dans leur intégralité aux autorités internationales compétentes.

Parallèlement, nous continuons à rassembler d’autres documents officiels afin que les événements des derniers mois puissent être présentés de manière complète, transparente et fondée sur des éléments vérifiables.

Je continuerai à suivre cette voie avec calme, patience et dans le strict respect des procédures légales. Je reste convaincu que, dans une affaire de cette nature, chaque document officiel, chaque fait vérifiable et chaque démarche soigneusement préparée ont bien plus de valeur que des réactions précipitées.

Dès que les documents seront complets et auront été transmis aux autorités compétentes, je ne manquerai pas de vous informer des développements les plus importants.
