Das Ergebnis dieser Solidarität ist die Ankündigung eines neuen Gerichtstermins am 20. Oktober – also in weniger als einer Woche. Ich bin allen von euch von Herzen dankbar.

Liebe Unterstützerinnen und Unterstützer,

einige von Ihnen haben inzwischen eine Antwort vom ukrainischen Justizministerium erhalten. Bitte machen Sie sich keine Sorgen – diese Antwort ist eine formale, automatische Mitteilung, die nur bestätigt, dass die E-Mails vom 6., 7. und 8. Oktober eingegangen sind.

Das Ministerium weist lediglich darauf hin, dass es keine vertraulichen Informationen über die Kinder oder das Verfahren an Dritte weitergeben darf, da nur der Vater (als rechtlicher Sorgeberechtigter) und seine Anwältin offizielle Auskunft erhalten können.

Mit anderen Worten:

👉 Ihre E-Mails wurden gelesen und registriert.

👉 Die Behörden haben Kenntnis von unserer gemeinsamen Aktion.

👉 Es gibt keinen Grund zur Sorge oder Angst – dies ist ein ganz normaler Verwaltungsprozess.

Ich danke Ihnen allen von Herzen für Ihre Unterstützung, Ihr Vertrauen und Ihre Geduld.

Jede einzelne Nachricht, die Sie gesendet haben, hat Wirkung gezeigt – wir sind gehört worden.

The result of this solidarity is the announcement of a new court date on October 20th — in less than a week. I am deeply grateful to all of you.

Dear friends and supporters,

Some of you have recently received a response from the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

Please do not worry — this is a standard official reply, simply confirming that your emails sent on October 6th, 7th, and 8th have been received.

The letter only states that, according to Ukrainian data protection laws, the Ministry is not allowed to share confidential information about the children or the case with people who are not directly involved.

This means that only the father (as the legal guardian) and his official lawyer can receive case-related information.

In simple terms:

👉 Your emails have been received and registered.

👉 The authorities are now aware of our collective action.

👉 There is absolutely no reason to be afraid or concerned — this is a normal part of administrative procedure.

From the bottom of my heart, I thank every one of you for your support, trust, and patience.

Every message you sent made a difference — we have been heard.
