Liebe Unterstützerinnen und Unterstützer,
die Zeit zum Schreiben ist knapp. Vielleicht ist es zu spät, wenn Sie diese Zeilen zu Ende gelesen haben.
Ich danke jedem Einzelnen von Ihnen – inzwischen mehr als 1.750 Unterstützerinnen und Unterstützern. Ihre Unterstützung ist meine einzige Hoffnung, um meine beiden unschuldigen Töchter, Elsa (geb. 16.11.2013) und Diana (geb. 15.03.2023), aus dem Schatten des Krieges zu holen und in ihr sicheres Zuhause nach Deutschland zurückzubringen.
Deutsche Behörden haben mehrfach erklärt, dass alle rechtlichen Schritte in Deutschland bereits unternommen wurden und dass die Rückführung der Kinder nur über die ukrainischen Gerichte erfolgen könne. Doch die Realität ist: Letzte Nacht wurde Butscha erneut von Raketen und Drohnen getroffen. Eine der Einschlagstellen befand sich nur unweit des Hauses, in dem meine Töchter leben. Sicherheit existiert dort nicht.
Meine Anwältin in der Ukraine hat mit beispielhafter Verantwortung und Gewissenhaftigkeit alles getan, was rechtlich möglich war. Alle notwendigen rechtlichen Schritte wurden unternommen. Dennoch wurde die Gerichtsverhandlung plötzlich und ohne jede Begründung abgesagt – und bis heute wurde kein Ersatztermin bekanntgegeben.
Das bedeutet: Wir verlieren Zeit. Und diese Zeit gefährdet das Leben zweier Kinder.
Die Rückmeldungen haben gezeigt: Ihre E-Mails sind bei den Behörden angekommen. Und jetzt bitte ich Sie – voller Respekt – wenn es Ihnen möglich ist, mit mir noch einen Schritt weiterzugehen:
Senden Sie eine einfache, respektvolle und höfliche E-Mail – diesmal an die Deutsche Botschaft in Kiew (über das offizielle Portal) sowie an das ukrainische Justizministerium und das Bundesministerium der Justiz in Deutschland.

I am one of the supporters calling for the safe return of Elsa (born 16.11.2013) and Diana (born 15.03.2023) Golkar to their lawful home in Germany.
These two children were unlawfully taken from Germany to Ukraine without the consent of their father, who holds full legal custody by ruling of the Family Court of Göttingen, Germany.
They are currently in Bucha, a city under constant threat of attacks. Just last night, Bucha was again struck by missiles and drones, and one of the impact sites was dangerously close to the place where the children are staying.
We respectfully urge you to take immediate measures to ensure their safety and to enable their return to Germany without further delay.

• ohne dass ein Schrei ertönt,
• ohne dass eine Fahne erhoben oder zu Boden getreten wird.
Nur eine Stimme, eine Botschaft, eine klare Forderung: Elsa und Diana müssen in ihr sicheres Zuhause nach Deutschland zurückgebracht werden.
Ich bitte Sie von Herzen: Seien Sie die Stimme meiner Töchter. Heute haben Elsa und Diana keine Möglichkeit, selbst zu entscheiden. Sie dürfen ihre Meinung nicht äußern. Aber Sie können für sie sprechen.

Dear friends and supporters,
Time is short. By the time you finish reading this, it might already be too late.
I thank every single one of you – now more than 1,750 signatories. Your support is my only hope to bring my two innocent daughters, Elsa (born 16.11.2013) and Diana (born 15.03.2023), out of the shadow of war and back to their safe home in Germany.
German authorities have repeatedly stated that all legal measures in Germany have already been taken, and that the return of the children must be ordered through Ukrainian courts. But the reality is this: Last night, Bucha was once again struck by missiles and drones. One of the impact sites was dangerously close to the place where my daughters are staying. Safety does not exist there.
My lawyer in Ukraine has acted with exemplary responsibility and integrity, doing everything legally and administratively possible. Every necessary step has been taken. And yet, the court hearing was suddenly cancelled without any explanation – and no new date has been announced.
This means we are losing time. And that time is putting the lives of two children at risk.
Feedback has shown that your previous emails did reach the authorities. And now, with full respect, I ask you – if you are able – to take one more step with me:
Send a simple, respectful, and polite email – this time to the German Embassy in Kyiv (via their official portal) as well as to the Ukrainian Ministry of Justice and the German Federal Ministry of Justice.

If we all raise our voices on the same day, it will be like a peaceful online demonstration. A demonstration that is powerful and clear, and yet remains peaceful:
• without a single window breaking,
• without a car burning,
• without a shout being raised,
• without a flag being lifted or trampled.
Only one voice, one message, one demand: Elsa and Diana must be returned to their safe home in Germany.
I ask you from the bottom of my heart: please be the voice of my daughters. Today, Elsa and Diana cannot make decisions. They cannot express their opinions. But you can speak for them.
Please help so that German authorities in Ukraine act.
Please help so that the voices of two innocent children – and perhaps many others who remain unheard – are finally heard.
