The purpose of our petition is to point the obvious. Sonoma county restaurants are in dire need of going back inside. The recent shift in weather is becoming a major factor as the health of hospitality workers and our customers are at risk. The main objective through this pandemic is to keep every person healthy. Therefore, working outdoors in the winter and cold is not the solution. Some of our team members have already fallen ill due to current working conditions.

Many Sonoma County Restaurants have already closed their doors due to the pandemic. Therefore, we hope to come together to reopen our local restaurants with COVID regulations such as operating at 50%.

Please know we are not trying to discredit the pandemic as we understand the severity and effect it has on our community. However, keeping the Sonoma County Restaurant scene and local businesses alive is near and dear to our hearts.
