During the nearly 3 years I have lived in this community I have loved the residents and the property we all share.  One thing I have found to be a common displeasure amongst the residents is the HOA management IE Assured management and Kristi Adair.  I am starting this petition as a way to let DR Horton know that we are incredibly displeased with the lack of transparency, the lack of management skills, and lack of support from Kristi Adair and Assured Management.  I believe it is time for DR Horton to move away from Kristi Adair and start fresh with at the very least a new community manager.  Please do not sign this petition if you are not a member of the Williamsburg community.  This is a first step of many we can take.  Thanks for your time.
