               Warm Greetings!

We, the class of 2016-2020 , IMD -14 appreciate your support and help throughout these difficult times. We are aware that we are expected to have a Virtual graduation by 16th December 2020. As much as we understand the fact that there has been an issue with Tamil Nadu State regarding online clerkship and we are sure that you are trying your best to resolve the same , there are various important concerns that we are hoping to receive answers as there is very little time left

Many of our parents wanted to call and address their worries, we have accumulated them and the following are points of concerns expressed by our parents for your kind consideration :

1. An official notice from DMSF about the confirmation of Graduation Date. 

2. Once the Tamil Nadu state issue has been resolved we need a Confirmation that we can go ahead with the flight bookings with the agency kept on hold, thereby making sure that no student will be left behind. 

3. An official Memo regarding the Date of Departure 

4. It would also be helpful if you keep us in the loop and inform us about every step you take because it is getting difficult for us to wait like this with no updates. 

Given the unpredictable nature of the anticipated second wave, there is a high-risk factor involved in travelling and residing in groups. Hence we would kindly request you to take quick actions before the whole country goes into a lockdown again.

We earnestly request the sincere authority to kindly appraise us for the above mentioned pointers. We learn that it will be better not only for the students but also for our families if we could get some answers. We hope you will understand the parents perspective here.
