Prohibit Rehiring Officers who have been Fired for Brutality Nationally!

Prohibit Rehiring Officers who have been Fired for Brutality Nationally!
The Issue
Now is the time for a change. It is in the best interest of all 50 states to adopt into law, a ban that will prohibit the rehiring in any state an officer of the law that has been fired, forced to resign, or reprimanded for police brutality, accessive forces, acts of racism, or where evidence can be shown that the individual/officer holds or support racism or discriminating beliefs or behaviors toward individuals of races different from their own.
With the uprise of the Civil Rights Movement that is at hand initiating a new means of selecting and removing corrupt officers that are motivated by hate, dehumanization of minorities, and users of excessive force would solidify solidarity. The removal of Officers that see little value in the lives of others that are different from them, or that have very little concerns for the life or actions taken against African Americans, Hispanics, Native Americans, or any other minority is VITAL at this time. This ban would be a positive move forward in the right direction of eliminating the numerous counts of murders and brutality that place within the law enforcement all over the United States and would give a fresh start and new look to how police officers are selected; as well as changing the mindset of the people and officer that are sworn to carry out their mission (protect and service). In Addition to the ban, retraining and mandatory CEU's in the area of diversity, human development, and cultures will be required and ongoing for officers that remain or are hired into the force. Training concerning the interactions with people in their particular communities (mentally ill, minorities, addiction, disabled, etc...) and the debunking of racial profiling. As well as placing more officers within the communities that share a similar culture or background (as much as possible) for our youth to visually connect and have a new mental image of officers of the law and individuals that are to protect, serve, respect for their (community and officer) lives and uphold the law.
Officers with several complaints or actual reports of in their records of misdoings should not be hired in any other state within the United States of American or allowed to continue to serve as an officer of the law within the United States. Officers such as Derek Chauvin, J. Alexander Kueng, Thomas Lane, Tou Thao, Frank Garmback, Timothy Loehmann, Scott Jewell, Rich Rochford, James Harris, and Daniel Pantaleo and so many others like them.
Please sign for a new start and better method of ensuring good officers and solidifying a positive move forward, where everyone matters.
