Recently the Ontario Government has announced patios will be able to extend and also reopen. We are finally seeing the end of the full closure. However the hospitality industry is still in danger.

In the meantime in France, earlier this month, a restaurant had a big win over Insurance giant AXA. This ruling could set a precedent for Corona virus claims worldwide.
