SEVERE SAFETY CONCERNS- UNSAFE ROAD CONDITON CAUSING AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENTS ADOT/PUBLIC SAFETY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN A SAFE ROADWAYS, STREETS AND FREEWAYS.

Through the grace of the Lord, I recently survived a nearly fatal automobile accident after my front passenger tire hit a pothole/crack on the I17 northbound freeway while driving next to the carpool lane near Greenway. I was thrown into the median/center divider causing my vehicle to flipped upside down onto its roof, than while upside down my vehicle was struck in the back by oncoming traffic. 

Per news paper article it was noted by "John Archer, a tow truck operator, said he helped drivers after they hit the pothole. "Everybody that hit is was pulling over with flat tires," said Archer. "I mean there were rim damages, tire damages." "Seeing all those cars on the side of the road I thought there was a funeral procession going on at night," said Archer. "I mean there was just cars lined up. They were lined up from Carefree Highway to Pioneer [Road]."

I AM PRAYING AND HOPING THAT THE ADOT TAKE HEED TO THE ISSUES AT HAND AND FIX THE FREEWAYS SO THAT WE MAY ALL TRAVEL SAFELY.
