We the undersigned would like to see the use of BBQs controlled in public spaces in Dorset using anti social behaviour legislation by creating a PSPO.

BBQs are the cause of devastating fires in the countryside and cause thousands of pounds of damage to council litter bins every year.

They are also a source of litter as they are usually discarded and frequently damage grass, tables and other council property by scorching.

In busy areas such as beaches the smoke can be annoying and children or dogs can run into the hot coals
