No one knows if there's a Season 4 of Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz being planned since it has been on a two year hiatus. Maybe it got delayed or cancelled due to the Coronavirus

We need to bring back Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz to Boomerang in the UK and Ireland, including the last Season 3 episodes.
