Hi, I'm Crystal Copeland, a proud resident of Salida, CO, and parent to three wonderful children attending different schools in our community. I'm reaching out to rally support for a crucial initiative. Our exceptional School Resource Officer, Bri Tucker, is not only an officer but also a counselor, safe haven, and role model for our kids. However, she's shouldering a significant responsibility, covering eight schools alone. I'm eager to explore the possibility of adding at least two more Resource Officers to support our schools. To make this a reality, I'm seeking the community's help in gathering signatures to present to our school board. In light of recent incidents, I believe this is a vital step towards creating a safer environment for our children. Let's come together to support Bri Tucker and our kids.
