My name is Marian "Tina Chin" Walters and as the business owner of Tina Chin Cakes dba Tina Chin Popup Cake Shop and an advocate for the voiceless, I have been negatively impacted by the actions of Donna Marie Gowe and her massive following on social media.  
Gowe, who hails from, has presented herself to the public as a Humanitarian for people, by collecting funds from donors via Western Union, Moneygram & GoFundMe. are scouted from within the Amy View areWhilst exposing these candidates to public humiliation, dehumanization for financial gain, social media likes and popularity.  As an observer on social media, I have been outspoken about her very questionable actions towards the poor and needy people of Jamaica and how these recipients are scouted from within her MT View neighborhood. Which has exposed me to death threats, cyberstalking, cyber bullying and constant trolling of me & my children over the last few years since she started this “charity”.  Gowe has taken to her platform to slander my products. In doing so, her words have negatively impacted sales for my business.
Countless of past donors and viewers of this Good Deeds program have also been threatened and trolled by Donna's followers.  Their family's pictures including children and grandchildren have been exposed to the worst cyber trolling in history. My car tires have been flattened using nail guns two days in a row, house windows broken, and false reports made to Customs and Border Enforcement, and to the FBI, in retaliation of me defending the dignity of these recipients on her program.    This antagonizing of me and my business has been ruthless and ongoing for the past 3 years.   

One such victim of this "Good Deeds" program was placed on her knees by neighborhood confidantes of Donna Gowe and forced to apologize for going against "policies". It was said that the victim became friendly with one of the donors and proceeded to collect on monies sent without Gowe's knowledge. The victim later told tales of punishment which included a beating from men in the neighborhood.  (Video provided upon request ) 

Victims #2 & 3 were a couple residing in the said community.  They were both manhandled and forced to sit and publicly apologize to Donna Gowe, during one of her infamous Facebook lives. This apology came from an altercation also captured on video, where the female Jane Doe* was defending property, she owned that Gowe wanted to borrow.  Based on the couple's body language, both displayed signs of being under duress.  (Video provided upon request) 

Victim #3 Is another female Jane Doe* who is said to be mentally unstable.  She told tales of regular beatings and money stolen.  

Single mothers with children who went to Gowe for assistance were also exposed to brutal dragging and heartless name-callings by followers, because of how they were presented to her social media Platform.  (Videos provided upon request) 

Gofundme Crowd Campaign is now her go-to platform to collect on funds sent by donors.  Donna Gowe resides in Jamaica and since this is not available to her in that country, she might use international contacts to set up these crowd-funding accounts. Most are suspecting  this is her way to financially gain from recipients who are scouted and introduced as poor & needy to her Facebook followers.  

There are multiple victims whose dignity was publicly ripped to shreds over the last 4 years by Donna Gowe.  Based on past statements, she has bragged about her power, and  not apologizing to anyone for her actions. Donna Gowe should not be allowed to collect or be associated with any form of crowd funding, on the behalf of anyone who is sick or needy, since she is suspected of mishandling these funds and using recipients for personal gain. Since her creation of this “Good Deeds” program, Gowe has amassed multiple vehicles, built multiple other properties and is now in the process of building her own home.  She constantly lies on recipients to create a storyline for drama, and this in return violates the rights and privacy of recipients featured.  In addition, it is suspected that Gowe has recruited "workers" on social media to do the dirty work of harassing and threatening anyone who questions her actions.   Myself was threatened by two such people, whose names are Gavin Salmon in New York  and the business owner of Brixton Cake Shop, located in the UK . These two individuals are close allies of Donna Gowe. ( Videos available upon request) . Both individuals mention also have platforms with a large following  on social media. There are also large number of blogger & vloggers who were suspected of getting paid to harass and attack anyone who is a critic of Donna Gowe.
