On May 27th of 2018 Steven Augustine was walking home from work in Kingston NY. Steven was stopped by a man name Charlie Miles. This man robbed, beat, and left him  for dead.  Unfortunately the trauma from the beating has caused him to be in a coma for the last three months. He is now in a vegetative state.Steven is a good man with two kids who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. 

The man who did this is facing assault in the 3rd. This is an obvious attempted murder in the 2nd degree. Please sign this petition to get the appropriate charge in place. For Steven, his family, and our community.
