A bi-partisan demand to remove Steve Bannon from The White House.

The Issue

Recently, Donald Trump appointed Stephen Bannon as the Chief Strategist of The White House to play a leading role in his planned future as The President of The United States.

Bannon is widely known as anti-Semitic and racist. Republicans and Democrats must to come together to quell whatever agenda Bannon may have on shaping President Elect Trump's policies and demand his removal immediately. Republicans of the Senate and House have immense legislative power over the president. Our Congress has a moral obligation to demand the removal of this racist ideologue before he has access to any sensitive domestic and international information.

Our President Elect Donald Trump must put his money where his mouth is and be a "President for all Americans". The world is watching. The nation is waiting.

A short preview of the of blatant racism living within Bannon, Breitbart, and the alt-right movement:

Breitbart News

Steve Bannon is well known for his role as the executive chairman of Breitbart. He has bragged about Breitbart being crucial to the alt-right's success. "We're the platform for the alt-right," he told Sarah Posner in an interview at the Republican National Convention this past July.

Ben Shapiro, a conservative political commentator and former editor-at-large of Breitbart, wrote that under Bannon's leadership, "Breitbart has become the alt-right go-to website… pushing white ethno-nationalism as a legitimate response to political correctness, and the comment section turning into a cesspool for white supremacist mememakers." Shapiro left Breitbart for these very reasons, and he speaks about his experience in a WP op-ed.

The Alt-Right Movement

"The phrase "alt-right" was coined by one of the most bigoted, racist, white supremacists in America — Richard Betrand Spencer. He is the brain of the alt-right movement — which is nothing more than white supremacist bigotry by a new name. In 2013, the Anti-Defamation League labeled him as "symbol of the new white supremacy." The Southern Poverty Law Center called the 38-year old-Spencer "a suit-and-tie version of the white supremacists of old, a kind of professional racist in khakis."

They continued, "Spencer advocates for an Aryan homeland for the supposedly dispossessed white race and calls for 'peaceful ethnic cleansing' to halt the 'deconstruction' of European culture. But even some of the Europeans he lionizes have rejected him; in October 2014, his attempt to hold an NPI conference in Budapest, Hungary, resulted in his arrest and expulsion.""
