Try Carole Baskin for the Murder of Don Lewis.
The Issue
Don Lewis the former husband of Carole Baskin went missing in 1997 and has not been seen since. he was declared dead 5 years later to the day by Carole and did not receive a proper burial or funeral service.
Don lewis’s Former lawyer tells reporters that in the 40 years he's represented clients in the State of Florida, he's "never" seen a case mishandled quite as the case of Lewis' coincidentally the case was handled by the same department where Carol Baskin’s brother is employed.
The experienced lawyer believes the sheriff's department has "no choice" but to reopen the case as of late 2019 because questions started pouring in from captivated viewers of the Netflix series “Tiger King” viewers are demanding answers.
We believe that Carol Baskin Killed or was directly involved in the disappearance of her former husband Don Lewis. We believe she should answer to the overwhelming evidence and suspicious events that point to her involvement in this disappearance. We believe the case should be handled federally as Baskin has bias ties to the original investing police department. We believe Carole Baskin should be forced to participate in a polygraph test as well as being listed as a person of interest in the disappearance of Don Lewis. We have listed some of the evidence below. If you agree that Carole Baskin should be tried for the Murder of Don Lewis please help us by submitting your legal name and information to this petition. We greatly appreciate all support!
The Mounting Evidence:
in 1997 Just before the disappearance of Don Lewis, a restraining order was filed by Lewis against his wife Carole Baskin due to threats made by her to take his life. There are Numerous claims from Dons close friends and family that he was planning to file for divorce against Baskin Within the coming days of his disappearance.
In 1997 Don Lewis was pronounced Missing by his wife Carole Baskin. His wife claims that he suffered from dementia and was often forgetful. Claims from Dons closest friends and acquaintances argue that these claims were completely false and Don was a very successful and well rounded business man even up to the day of his disappearance.
in 1997 a day before Don Lewis was reported missing it is reported by Tampa, Fl police that Baskin’s car broke down early in the morning at 3am while she was buying supplies for her animals. Her brother who is a Tampa, Fl Sheriff drove her home early that morning. He works for the same department that handled the case of Don Lewis’s Disappearance.

A police report was filed but McQueen was told that Carole Baskin could not be prosecuted for stealing these documents as she was the legal wife of Don Lewis.
in 2004 Carole Baskin signed a death certificate only one day and 5 years after the disappearance of her husband Don Lewis. Florida law allows any missing persons to be pronounced dead by the Immediate family after 5 years of no recovery. Lewis was never given a funeral services or proper burial by his wife.
