I want to give heads up from a personal view of the current situation with the Covid-19.

                I have no job and continually active looking for employment, but I get interviews, but I hear the same reasons of being not hired. The following are the reasons below.

1. Have no experience into what you applied for.

2. Not a good fit for the position applied for

3. Delaying things on when you follow up about position applied for

4. This one heard them say as I leave their office “We are looking for younger people” Age Discrimination.

Plus, you have many “Right States” This allows employers to get away with saying anything wrong. At this status employers can even commit to big things and get away with it.

The “Right State” employment rules need to be redone or eliminated and make it so that any violations to the Equal Employment Act by employers that these employers are held accountable for actions with fines if and employee files a complaint. Of course, there should be physical proof of the violation on both sides.

Now there the next issue I am past due on rent of a house, car loan, phone, power, gas, and other bills to. The last stimulus was not enough, and I got $2,900 for a family of 4. I am married with 2 boys they are 15 and 17-year-old.

The way things are going with no money coming in, I will be 4 months behind on all bills and credit cards maxed with no food in the home.

The next stimulus needs be enough getting current and the following stimulus need keep people current with bills and stay afloat until things improve such as employment and businesses fully open.

Here the government have great paying jobs themselves and do not even care about anyone else but themselves.

Employers out there that are open for business should also help out by just hiring people that are needing jobs even if those people do not have experience.
