The People of NYS Call upon United States AG Barr to remove Governor Andrew Cuomo

The People of NYS Call upon United States AG Barr to remove Governor Andrew Cuomo

The Issue

By signing below, we the people of New York State, do hereby demand a full, transparent and IMMEDIATE investigation into Governor of New York State Andrew Cuomo in relation to:

*the statistically over blown cases of Covid deaths in NYC and the surrounding areas.

*the willfull and negligent transfer of potentially positive or positive elderly patients into the vulnerable populations of nursing home facilities which we feel constitutes clear crimes against humanity.

*the order to first responders and emt staff to NOT ADMINISTER life saving interventions for people in crisis in certain situations.

*the willful and continued "lockdown" of businesses and vital interactions of the population of the state of NewYork in clear violation of EVERY INALIENABLE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT. A clear breach of oath of office and failure to execute his oath.

We, the people of NEW YORK STATE, voice our UNANIMOUS AND HEARTFELT GRIEVANCE and respectfully petition ATTORNEY GENERAL BARR AND THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE to remove Governor Cuomo from office IMMEDIATELY, RELIEVE HIM OF HIS DUTIES IMMEDIATELY,  pending a FULL INVESTIGATION of his time in office and render his overreach as null and void. GIVE US BACK OUR RIGHT TO SELF GOVERN.

We have NO CONFIDENCE in the established law of NYS to be able to perform these actions and hold him accountable.

Our hope lies with the current Federal Administration to right these wrongs under the Flag of The Republic of The United States of America and its Constitution.
