Every human needs time to heal from their conditioned negative behaviors/characteristics/trigger points. Specially, a job of a cop is sometimes wasting no time and taking action instantly- meaning we need cops/police who have done their psychological inner work and are eligible to protect citizens by taking conscious actions rather than just reacting. We need change to the system itself to deal with police brutality and unnecessary force. We need new requirements to be a police and to remain one. Police forces across America needs to have psychological clearance showing they are able to protect and make people feel safe, not scared.
