Many health care workers are working triple the hours as a result of Covid-19. Many ICU nurses and other hospital personal are going days without seeing their children or loved ones. Emotional impact is devistating to our health and wellness. Spouses are being forced to not be able to work their own job due to the demands of nursing needs. Childcare is being tripled to cover shifts. Nurses, doctors and other personal are being forced to work while being positive for Covid-19 and are not allowed to take time heal. Unpaid time off is being forced if you are too Ill to come to work where nurses are contracting COVID.
