The Unanimous Declaration for the Restoration Of Rights of its Principals

When the time has come to re-establish the ordered relationship between the Principalship composed of the People and their Agents of Civil Rulers and Governments; when it becomes necessary to re-invoke the Laws of Nature, which are both provided for and eternally protected by, Universal and Immortal principles of righteousness and justice; Respect, even if only held in regard for the history of such relations, shall require the Principals to state for country and mankind, the causes in which impel such a demand and reminder of the order, is required.

The Truths of the Universe and the Laws of Nature that all of Mankind should be familiar state that such Laws and the Universe created Man, and that Man created its collective governments. Much like a mother births children, Man are motherly Principals, and the governments born from them, its offspring Agents. Such Natural Orders of Law and Universe mandate that entities of Agents are therefore meant to be subsequent and subordinate, not superior or even equal subjects to Principals, and therefore are purposed only to be Servants to their Will, not creators or dictators of domination over it. Such relationships and rights were invoked, scribed, and deemed unalienable at the creation of the Free Republic of People that would be declared July 4, 1776. They were then organized, agreed upon, and adopted for all of history to recount with the creation of the United States Constitution in the year 1787 with the Preamble declaration of "We the People". A scripture for Principals to reference as the Laws of our Nation to serve as the guardian of the Laws of Nature and the Universe and to bind its Agents to its subservient authority forever.

The documents and the authors of their creation enlisted such Laws of Nature and Universe to guarantee the Rights of Man and of Order to the Principals. Rights that can neither be given, nor ever taken, by the entities of Agents that came after and therefore derived their own existence and Power from their Will. Rejection such principles would reverse and violate the basic order of Nature for offspring could never birth the mother from whence they once came. As such, Agents could not now nor ever, provide for Life, Liberty, nor the Pursuit of Happiness; the Universe does, the Laws of Nature do, and it is only the mere duty and obligation of Agents to protect those Rights having already been established by Natures Law and it is not within the Agents discretion or ability to provide for nor detract from that which is not theirs to either offer nor deny.

Whenever such Agents violate the Laws of Nature and Universe, no longer serve its sole purpose, and act in accordance with its own conceived and designed, despotic intent, it is the Right of the Principals to make any and all changes necessary to rectify that which is in disorder and to preserve the sanctity of the Natural Rights that were declared, sacrificed for, and long since established and defined as the Laws of a Free Nation. Measures contained within this Declaration and motivated now by necessity, not wanting desire. Since originally declared, the Principals of these United States have entrusted Agents to act on their behalf and in accordance of their good conscience with the Will of the People and with the principles on which this nation was built upon. For centuries, the Agents have consistently sought to reduce the majority of its Principals to depths of poverty, division, and ignorance for their own political, personal, and financial gain. The proof lay in that the People no longer even regard of themselves as Principals and Government, her Agents, by their own ignorance of their Power. Whether by fear, complacency, or systematic and institutionalized intent, it is of no consequence insomuch as those with both the knowledge to know better and the courage act upon its injustices, are now prepared to PEACEFULLY demand and reassume the position from that which was always theirs only to own and always the sworn oath of Agents to uphold or dutifully relinquish upon request without contestation of its merits.

Here we submit to the world but a few causes of which compel us to challenge our forced, never intended tolerable, subservience to those who were birthed to serve the Will of Principals, not to subject them to the selfish Will of its Agents.  Agents elected not of the majoritarian desired Will of the People, but instead of appointment and parturition by its corruption and benign neglect and given sustenance by way of its miseducation of its Ordered Natural Power ---

-They have chosen consistently to put their personal interests and political parties before the Principals they were elected to represent.

-They have made it law to miseducate the masses of the American People for generations, legislatively institutionalizing the ignorance of their Principalship in public schooling by no longer mandating subjects as integral to our Republic such as history and civics to be taught and passed on state standardized tests; fueling a lack of understanding in historical context and civic duty or responsibilities, thereby promoting systematic discrimination, bigotry, racism, sexism, nativism, and lack of overall tolerance for cultural diversity; in turn, leading to the vast majority of our youth to accept what is being told, removing them of the ability to think independently and critically, for generations.

-They have refused to assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good and instead taken actions for the sole intended purpose of personal or political gain with no regard to the will or well being of those who entrusted them to do so.

-They have repeatedly given tax breaks to the wealthy, elites, big businesses, and corporations, and left the poor and middle class to survive on whatever was left after those afforded a seat at the table of opportunity had their fill, and then blaming the oppressed for their lower station.

-They have allowed the Agent of the Executive to appoint numerous unqualified members to offices and positions not provided of, or deemed permissible by, the People nor even approved by our elected legislative body, setting a precedent of nepotism insomuch as that all one need is connections to those of wealth and status, not competency or proper qualifications, to gain an authoritative status.

-They have provoked fear and used fear mongering tactics in order to justify FISA Courts (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) which are used to physically and electronically spy and surveillance its People, violating the Orders of the Universe and Laws of Nature insomuch as the powers of Agents are derived and delegated by the Principals and therefore can not expand such powers beyond that which the Principal hath originally authorized.

-They have constantly refused to acknowledge the acts of domestic terrorism and mass murder committed by whites and failed to pass proper legislation to remove or even remotely and significantly restrict the psychologically unfit from having access to the weapons used to commit such inhumane acts.

-They have forgotten that the Principled Rights of this Nation, enumerated in our Bill of Rights, were expressly given to the People, and that no such rights are granted or permissible to state nor federal government Agencies.

-They have used taxpayer dollars to bailout banks and selective private entities, deeming them 'too big to fail', while simultaneously denying equal financial assistance to Principals who can't afford student loan debt, mortgage, and car payments deeming them 'too small to matter,' violating its own economic system and electing to forever chain the Principals into contracts of a life time of financial servitude to those very same entities that their own tax contributions went to save.

-They have allowed our Legislative Agent to "Shut Down" entirely for failing to pass annual budgets required by law on a multitude of occasions without consequence, permitting unquantifiable damage to be done via wasteful spending and debt and deficit increases.

-They have consistently refused the Will and desire of the People whom have called to pass laws to restrict term limits on federal positions, or allow themselves to be even remotely held accountable and effected in any way from their failure to fulfill their duties within these Agencies while subjecting the Principals they swore an oath to protect, to bear the weight and consequences arising from them.

-They have behaved as though the existence of Agents somehow justify a deprivation of the Principal of their Power.

- They have consistently denied necessary and significant increases in public education and mental health facilities, and fought to increase profits in the privatized prison system for political purposes, promoting the ideal that American opportunity alone affords every person chances at upward mobility while neglecting to acknowledge a fundamental Truth that such advances stem from education and health- the very things they refuse to financially support.

-They have elected to pass major legislation without proper discussion and debate and with only the approval of lobbyist and special interests group backing, even refusing to act on logic and righteousness, to postpone voting so that this legislation, which would have significant impact on the People, could be properly studied and analyzed

-They have selectively chosen media organizations who are entitled to freedom of the press, and then denying that same right to others.

-They have continued to refuse to pass significant laws to guarantee women equal pay for equal work and believing it to be within a majority male Agency to make appropriate decisions on women's reproductive health.

-They have used legislation to implement a massive redistribution of wealth and taken private land for public use or stolen private land entirely to redistribute it to developers in exchange for political or financial favor.

-They have restricted the production of agricultural crops and made it illegal to grow, sell, or possess them.

-They have consistently ignored the plea's of the People in consideration of the: Electoral College, Police Policy, Healthcare, Gender Equality, Racial Injustices, Education Reform, Environmental Policy, Racism, Criminal Justice Reform, Foreign Policy, etc, etc, etc...

-They have overhauled our elections my implementing policies such as gerrymandering or refusing to allow Election Day as a statutory day to allow all to vote and exercise their civic duty.

-They have allowed and even at times promoted agencies and fellow citizens to wrongfully target people based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, socioeconomic backgrounds, political affiliation, and country of origin.

-They have refused to even minimally regulate businesses so that the People working full time jobs are not still living in poverty while the businesses they work for make record profits while simultaneously receive creative cocktails of tax breaks, loopholes, and exemptions, paying the same, if not less, in taxes as those whom they employ.

-They have elected to support those that condemn free speech and the right to protest so long as it fits their personal, political, thereby financial agenda. 

-They have consistently refused funding to poor urban communities, to provide basic financial literacy, to provide basic job training, to provide mentorship programs, or recreational activities for youth; thereby leading to juvenile incarceration rates to increase and fueling the preschool to prison pipeline, systemically punishing those, who some, had they be given the resources mentioned above, would have instead become fully functioning Principals instead of a profit for private prisons and financial burden to the tax payer.

-  They have denied access, detained, and even caged illegal immigrants seeking asylum which goes directly against our laws, and in countless instances, separated children from parents, and failing to place system in place to track their whereabouts, losing them entirely.

-They have rejected to grant legal citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants born in the United States, citizenship guaranteed by our laws and of whom had no choice and regardless of the fact that their parents migrated here with a motivation identical to those who this country was founded by; freedom, opportunity, and security.

-They have made enemies of our allies and befriended those who wish to destroy us and remained compliant and complicit to attacks from other nations without consequence.

-They have allowed Agents to repeatedly violate Article I, Section 9, Emoluments Clause 8 of the United States Constitution which states that  “no person holding any office of profit or trust … shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title of any kind whatever, for any king, prince, or foreign state,” without punishment.

-They have constantly backed businesses and corporations, operating in direct violation of sacred principles and in honor of treaties with sovereign nations such as the Standing Rock Sioux Nation, and instead act only on the interest of investors or special interests, and not acting from the investing interest of the Will of the People or from the best interest of their environment.

-They have continually neglected to serve with allegiance and obedience to the People, rejecting their unequal sovereignty to them and instead seeking self interests over service, subjecting them to serve the goals of personally motivated public policy and not policy that was meant to serve the better interest of the public.

-They have refused to accept that they are a derivative of the People and therefore and given authority delegated by the Principals, can never expand them beyond that which was originally provided for without their consent.

No Agent or Agency, whose original purpose was solely conceived to serve its Principals, has the Right to Self Preservation over the Will of the People whom constitute its body and also of whom, they derive its very existence and power from. Agencies of the United States and her co-equal three branches have successfully and habitually proven to her Citizenry that no matter how patient they remain or how many times the branches of tyranny shaken, the leaves of empty promises and selfish intentions shall replenish in bipartisan, repetitive and competitive cycle, continuing to cast shadows of depravity on the very roots on which the survival of the entire Tree of Liberty depends.

The Founding Fathers of the United States of America and the authors of such documents as the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, exercised an almost prophetic foresight in that they accepted the fallibility within Mankind in respect to quest for Power. To ensure that no one Man, nor Agency, would be able to obtain more of such over the other, they built safeguards of justice to prevent such; guards enlisted regularly such as Separation of Powers and Checks and Balances. Moreover and above all, the greatest gift our Founders bequest the American People was to provide them an actionable method of remedy in protecting the Sovereignty of Principals should all else fail; the Unalienable Right of the People to "alter or abolish."

Thus, the Laws of Nature and of the Orders of the Universe mandate that the Agencies of the United States of America should hereby recognize the Unalienable Rights of Principals and assert their rightful place as our servants as history hath proven that government Agencies who assert the privilege to rule and denounce its obligations to the Principals, are not just unqualified to govern, they are also unfit to call themselves Patriots to free American nation, and are, by simplistic definition, tyrannical, despotic, and usurpatious. In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms. Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.

We must also acquiesce in the necessity those whom denounce our Restoration and hold them to the same accountability as we hold the rest of mankind, to be traitors and enemies of the Principles of Man, the Orders of the Universe, and the Laws of Nature, and Friends once more in our Rectitude and Resurrection.

We, therefore, the Principals of the United States of America, in General Agreeability, Petition, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the probity of our Peaceful intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these States, solemnly petition, publish, and declare, that We righteous Principals of the United States are, and of Right ought to be returned and restored to the Highest authority of the Land and that all political connection, existence of, and conflict between parties, be henceforth dissolved, and grievances listed above, but not contained to, be resolved within applicability, in the span of two years from this date and the following actions taken in priority and be completed by the 3rd of November in the year 2020;

-A National Referendum process for amending the Constitution be granted to the Principals without limitations,

-A Nation-Wide Recall process for ANY elected federal Agent,

-Term limits on federal officials be written into law as follows; Six (6) terms for Representatives, Two (2) terms for Senators, and a Twelve (12) year limit be placed on ALL federal judges, including U.S. Supreme Court Justices,

-The Electoral College be abolished and that the Direct Election of President and Vice President be established and be commenced on November 3, 2020, and such date ALL such days of nation-wide voting be considered days for Principals to have unrestricted means to exercise their Civic Duties and Responsibilities in voting,

-Large Corporations, Lobbyists, Special Interest Groups serving Big Businesses and Wealthy are to be henceforth banned for life from partaking in or financially supporting, any Agent or Agency, meant to serve the Will of the people; violators of this will face punishment including but not limited to; recall, criminal prosecution, restitution to the Principals they sought to reduce by their influence, and any other such means agreed upon within reason and expectation of the People.

Should these basic demands of restorative justice not be implemented by 3rd of November in the , all election results of such date, shall be considered voided, a Constitutional Convention of Citizens consisting of one(1) delegate from each U.S. State, territory, and Commonwealth, as within our Rights as Principals and protected under Article V of the United States Constitution, shall be called and convened on November 4, 2020 at Independence Hall in Philadelphia for 8am, and any and all Public Agents in Service to the Principals as of the date of this Declaration, shall be removed effective January 1, 2021, and thenceforth, be banned for life, from ever serving as an Agent of Principals.

In accordance with the Laws of Nature and Universe, We the People, seek now to form a more perfect Union by restoring the Order between Principals and Agents, to re-establish true Justice for All, to re-assure tranquility among the People, Provide for the Common Defense of all Principals, and both adjure the principles of scribed Constitutional ancestry as well as provide future guards for its sustainability, hereby decree and proclaim our the support of this Declaration, and with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
