Adopt the Gremlin as the representation of students at Grinnell!!!

Referring to our peers as Grinnellians is outdated and long. Why not be Gremlins? Beyond just signing this petition, some ways to affect change in the world is by calling your classmates gremlins. Rather than say, "Building off of the points of my fellow Grinnelleans," try out Gremlins instead!

Gremlins also works great as a gender neutral placeholder for a name you may have forgotten! Formal names are so out of fashion these days anyway, everyone just calls their friends bro anyways. 

Realistically, it will take some time for the administration to catch on and concede that the the new hip replacement for Grinnellians is valid and necessary. In order to sidestep this, why not put "Gremlins" to good use right away? Try to find a way to work Gremlins in whenever you participate in online synchronous classes, send emails, or communicate with students in general.
