America is a democracy and the government has a responsibility to fully inform and protect its citizens.  This includes:

1. Displaying ALL REAL-TIME COVID-19 testing data from PRIVATE and PUBLIC labs at the COUNTY level
2. Ensuring that we maximize and utilize all of our COVID19 testing capacity.

This is critical because:

1. The more COVID-19 cases we can find and isolate, the better the pandemic outcome
2. With detailed, comprehensive, real-time, county-level testing data, citizens can understand the degree of community spread around them
3. You shouldn't have to rely solely on the government to interpret epidemiology curves for you. National leadership is politically motivated and may not tell the truth.
4. You can hold your government accountable for not providing enough testing services, especially to disadvantaged communities.

Most states display basic, surface level data that is updated a few times a day.  This includes deaths and new cases per county, and generally statewide negative tests from state labs.  We want to see:

1. Fully utilized COVID-19 testing capacity
2. All testing data reported in real-time per county labelled with testing center location
3. Overall demographics of infected individuals per county
4. Whatever else can be provided without violating HIPAA
