No one asked for BFDIE, but seriously, this has potential to be a good idea! The creators don't need to stop pushing "unwanted" and "unnecessary" content on audiences that simply do not care, and we can give things a chance! As a dedicated and engaged community, we may have hopes for content that respects our tastes and preferences, but we all have such different tastes in a huge community, and many people may consider something like BFDIE as NOT a desperate attempt to fill content gaps with subpar material.

I'm not fully making an edit of this because I find the opposing argument unreasonable. I will state that the  people angry are mad because their assumptions didn't come true when we weren't promised ANYTHING.
