Freckles has been a staple of Tulsa for nearly 20 years. It is set to close on December 31st. This is a petition for Don McKinney (owner of Freckles) to keep the store open and explore other options rather than closing. Many local Tulsans have relied on Freckles' ability to provide high quality custard. I am sure there are many who would agree that Freckles should stay open.
