The Issue

We, the residents of Dominion Station, call for a Special Board of Directors Meeting on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at 6:30pm EST with the following meeting objectives:

  1. Open Forum to Discuss Residents’ Concerns with the New Parking Regulations
  2. Identify Specific Parking Problems the BoD Expects to be Resolved by New Parking Regulations
  3. Understand the Terms of Agreement with Online Parking Solutions
  4. Define Recourse Terms and Timelines for Residents Dissatisfied with Online Parking Solution

Until the meeting is scheduled and accepted as an Open Forum Discussion, cease and desist the implementation of the "Online Parking Pass" requirement for parking in Open Parking spaces around the Dominion Station Community.
