We voters of Colorado Congressional District 3 call on our Representative Jeff Hurd to take a public stand against President Trump, Elon Musk and the so-called agency DOGE from accessing our personal information and financial data in federal agencies.

We fear this information is reviewed by people without the required security clearance. We are concerned such information may fall into the hands of bad actors who can destroy our credit and future IRS, Social Security and Medicare payments.

Congressman Hurd, please publicly state your opposition to this violation of our right to privacy and security. We ask you to demand accountability from Musk and his DOGE staff immediately! Legal judgements may halt SOME of these lawless actions, but they are only a temporary fix. When the Judiciary finally declares these actions unlawful, too much damage will already be done.
