This is a petition that will help a dog that barks for 5 to 7 hours non stop a day. The owner of the dog does not teach or train it . The dogs name is Lilly 

After getting some signatures of this petition it will be given to the major of the City of Cullman and Cullman Animal Control. 

We love dogs but when the owner neglects the dog, it is always bad news.
