Soon after a guy and what he claims to be his mother walked up the street and she came out with her puppies to say hi! She wasn't be aggressive as you can see in the video below she was just standing guard over her babies that were saying hi! Not even 10 seconds after the encounter the guy who had walked up the street had shot the mom dead! This guy needs to be prosecuted to the fullest! This was unjustified and just awful! Please sign this petition to get the gun owner prosecuted! Who walks up a street with a gun ready to shoot! Who has it ready half a second after she lays down and says she was attacking his mom yet the video does NOT SUPPORT THIS!!!
