The addition of a K-4 charter school to Roy H. Mann will have a harmful effect on the community.  It will compete for common resources in the building.  This will inhibit the growth of Roy H. Mann.  After several years of an unstable leadership team we finally have a solid leadership team with Mr. Cusumano at the head.  We have four excellent elementary schools that feed into Roy H. Mann and they are not over-utilized.  This will further reduce their enrollment over time. We do not need another elementary school in this community.
