Do we really need a royal family in modern Britain. Why are we asked to pay towards a family that none of us are likely to ever meet , what makes them so special that they get an allowance paid by the public tofund their lives when they are worth billions upon billions and the average working person in Britain can’t even afford the luxury of a holiday.

I believe now is time for a national vote to see if the public want to keep using our hard earned money to fund these people who have been born into a privileged life and are out of touch with reality.I understand people loved the Queen but but Charles should be the end of this.
