This is my petition for the government and or local council to take some action and against the seagulls causing havoc in the north east of Scotland , the seagulls having young and being protective is making it extremely difficult for folk in certain areas to leave their house or even just walk down the road. I’m well aware that seagulls are protected but it’s time we done something about it and put the public first.
