CDCr has recently advised they are doing away with emails through Jpay by the end of June. Several prisons do not have tablets, and some have no date to when they will even receive them. Jpay emails is a way for families to connect and quickly get information or support or anything quickly to their loved ones inside. We all know it can take weeks for our lived ones to recieve their letter through regular mail, if they even recieve it at all. This is just one of many ways CDCr tries to keep families apart or disconnected because they do not see FAMILY as a right! They do not feel communication love and support for thise inside as important.  They actually see it as a threat, which is why they continue to keep families, loved ones, children, separated in any way as much as possible. Email is too easy to have. CdCr has a huge budget and can easily afford a contract for Email. We need to stop letting them get away in their efforts to seperate families and communication.
