Have we seen too many cases in which divorced fathers received unfair treatment and judgment?
Typically, the court system hands the physical custody rights to the mother, assigns her the house and she gets alimony, etc., while the father struggles to support his expenses and share of the family expenses.

In most cases, the father is denied from getting a 50/50 split unless he has a lot of money to hire a lawyer to represent him. Even then it’s an uphill battle to get what is equal to the family and beneficial to the child.

We, fathers, only want fair treatment. It shouldn’t matter if we have money to pay for lawyers. We just want automatic 50/50 physical custody because we both love our children.

I urge you all to sign this petition (father or not) and make all the father's voices heard, so we can introduce the change we need for all divorced fathers to be treated fairly.
