If Roxy is not with Barry Myrick, former employee of M&M Pest Control in Queens, she will not be able to perform her duties anyway.  Torn from her mom and dad, her spirit will be destroyed as she will be emotionally distraught.  Dogs have been known to just stop eating.

Queens District Attorney should NOT have gotten involved since this IS a custody battle and NOT an ownership battle!  This company permitted Mr. Myrick to harbor Roxy as his companion animal for many years - this should not be reversible.

When will the courts recognize what is in the DOG'S BEST INTEREST and certainly that is to stay with her dad and mom, Mr. & Mrs. Myrick.

Let Barry Myrick reimburse M&M for whatever monies they spent on Roxy.

For that matter, look what a mess it is to use LIVING SENTIENT CREATURES for "jobs" that humans can perform. This is exploitation and clearly dogs and other animals should not be used for profiteering off their labor.

We request that Mr. and Mrs. Myrick keep Roxy because it is in Roxy's best interest to do so. Animals are NOT property! They are living breathing creatures, souls,who should live their lives for their own best interest and it is high time society recognizes animals for whom they truly are and should be - beloved family members.

We appeal to the Queens District Attorney and M&M Pest Control to work this out with Mr. and Mrs. Myrick so that Roxy's best interests are served.
