On November 17, 2015, Jason French, 33 of Irwin, Pennsylvania, brutally tortured, beat, and strangled an innocent dog to his death. That precious dog was Apollo.

Jason French engaged in this heinous crime for over three horrific hours until Apollo took his last excruciating breath. Jason was charged with one count of cruelty to animals and will be sentenced at District Judge Douglas Weimer's court room on March 2, 2016.

We, the undersigned, ask:

1. Jason French is held in the highest possible secured bond that the law allows. He is a threat and immediate danger to animals, people and our society.

2. That Jason French is given the MAXIMUM penalty permitted by law with NO favorable plea bargains and NO offers of any diversionary program including Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition.

3. That Jason French is never allowed to own another animal as long as he lives.
