Last year on July 22nd, Lindsay Richardson of Sacramento was driving drunk when she killed Julian Solis, a Hispanic father who was walking home from work, killing him on impact. Lindsay was only in jail for two nights and has been free since. Lindsay has had the privilege to keep her name off public record completely, opening her doors to many opportunities.

Julian was a kind and hardworking man who left behind his five yr old son, AJ who misses his father to this day.
