I am a resident of the Martin Valley Neighborhood in Coolidge, Arizona. It is deeply concerning to me, and many others, that our community has no control or say in what happens within our own neighborhood due to the current Homeowners Association (HOA). Our HOA lacks oversight and there's no foreseeable opportunity for active members of our community to join the board. This lack of representation is not only disheartening but also detrimental to the well-being and growth of our community.

Homeowner Associations are meant to protect property values and ensure a harmonious living environment. However, when an HOA fails in its duty as ours has, it can lead to dissatisfaction among residents and even negatively impact property values. According to a study by Zillow.com, neighborhoods without an effective HOA can see property values decrease by as much as 4%.

We believe that it's time for change. We demand that the current Martin Valley Community HOA be dissolved due its failure in providing adequate oversight and representation for its residents.
