Living in Forney, TX, has been a dream for many of us—a blend of suburban charm and the promise of peaceful coexistence with nature. However, for residents living under the governance of the Windmill Farms Homeowners' Association (HOA), this dream has been clouded by persistent neglect and mismanagement.

The HOA, designed to maintain neighborhood standards, has been falling short on its promises, leaving our once-pristine neighborhood in disrepair. We believe that dissolving control of the Windmill Farms HOA back to the residents will ensure that our community receives the attention and care it deserves. By forming a residents' committee, we can prioritize transparency, effective communication, and timely repairs and maintenance. The community-driven approach will focus on cooperative engagement and sustainable development.
