I would like to seek the Citizens of this Nation Bharath for appealing the President, Prime Minister and Chief Justice of India to consider an immediate suspension of Shri. Rahul Gandhi as a Parliamentarian and Affiliation with any kind of political activities for the following reasons:

1. Rahul Gandhi involved into various actions that comes under anti-national by signing the MoU with the Communist Party of China (CPC) in August 2008, there are two dangerous clauses according to Salah Uddin Shoaib Choudhury (https://x.com/salah_shoaib/status/1833167629982584856): 
   1. Sharing defense and military purchase information
   2. CPC to fund election campaign of Indian National Congress (INC).
2. Recently, a PIL was Filed in Allahabad High Court against British citizenship of Rahul Gandhi, seeking court monitored CBI investigation by Shri. Vignesh Shishir, Member of Bharatiya Janata Party, Karnataka. The same concern was quoted by Shri. Subramanyam Swamy as well in his tweets in the recent times. It proves that he basically not eligible for being the Parliamentarian and should be suspended from all positions in any type of political activities here after. 
3. The Congress leader once said: “Those who call themselves Hindus indulge in hate and violence round the clock.” (thehindu.com; July 03, 2024) In this context a case has been already registered under Sections 299, 302 and 356 (1) of newly-notified BNS has been imposed in the case in Bihar High Court. These types of derogatory remarks instigate communal tensions in the society and being a Leader of the Opposition (LOP), he cannot make such comments to influence the sentiments of Hindus (being the majority in this nation, still silent because we are practicing Hindu Dharma). This kind of attitudes cannot be in the process of making law and its process to damage the nations image in the world.
4. Recent remarks by Rahul Gandhi with Railway employees in Delhi, are discriminative and sensitive towards provocation of the employees amongst each other to disrupt the harmony. Blames Railways of Caste Differentiation, Likens Loco Pilots To 'Mahadalits'. What does it mean? (NDTV.com - September 03, 2024; republicworld.com - Sept 12, 2024). The classification among the employees in any sector is based on their role, qualification, and performance; but, creating a different philosophy is not going to help either to railway employees, not to the nation. Is he going to provoke the Soldiers in the Armed services against their Officers also?
5. Rahul Gandhi's remarks in the United States, where he said that today the fight in India is whether a Sikh person will be able to wear his turban, kada, and visit Gurdwara. He also said that 'today the fight in India is whether a Sikh person will be able to wear his turban, kada, and visit Gurdwara.'  (economictimes.indiatimes.com; indiatoday.in; Sep 11, 2024) His actions are welcomed by some of the terror outfits such as Khalistani Terrorists. Pannun backs him and says, “Rahul’s statement on ‘existential threat to Sikhs in India’ is not only bold and pioneering but is also firmly grounded in the factual history of what Sikhs have been facing under successive regimes in India since 1947 and also corroborates SFJ’s stance on the justification for Punjab Independence Referendum to establish Sikh homeland Khalistan”. 6. Rahul Gandhi criticizes Indian democracy's weakening over the past decade but expresses hope for its revival and resilience.  (thehindu.com; Sep 11, 2024) On what basis he makes such statements towards our nation, while it is reported by IMF and world bank that Indian economy is so attractive to bring FDI's by maintaining the stability in it's growth. If there are any problems in Indian Economy, being an opposition member of parliament, he can argue the same in parliament. Instead, he is spreading venom against the nation across the globe when he visits a foreign destination. 
7. Rahul Gandhi's remarks on young men "beating Prime Minister Narendra Modi with a danda (stick)" (NDTV.com - Feb 7, 2020) is purely unacceptable and must be considered as an unprofessional behavior as a parliamentarian. 
8. His association was identified with most of the terror outfits, be it from Kashmiri Militants, Naga Terrorists, CPC meetings during conflicts with China, and special gifts from terror nations like Pakistan, clearly explains his involvement in influencing the same directly or indirectly. 
9. Why and how his cases are pending in National Herald and other scams for a long time? When are his family members cases going to be solved in this nation? Why the PM is silent on various occasions during parliament sessions for his misbehavior?
10. He has been instrumental in making wrong promises, luring the people/voters of India with freebies (Har saal gareeb parivar ki ek mahila ko Rs 1 lakh 'taka-tak) cheated all around the nation (economictimes.com - May 19, 2024). Without any proper homework, how can his party or governments in different states can announce the freebies, that are causing a serious threat for the nation's economy. Now almost all the states which announced free bus journey for women and other freebies are having shortages in their reserves; and seeking for additional funds from center or imposing extra taxation on common people. This is not a safe approach towards nation building and a big crime towards the citizens of this nation.

With the above observations, I plead the citizens of Bharath to ask for a CBI enquiry against Mr. Rahul Gandhi and an Immediate suspension of his Membership from any kind of Political Association and must not be entertained as a politician any more in Parliament or anywhere in Bharath.
