In the MCU, or Marvel Cinematic Universe, there is a rather new addition to the legendary roster of larger-than-life rosters that many fans find underwhelming. This  new addition is Captain Marvel, a.k.a. Carol Danvers, played by Caucasian female Brie Larson. While Brie Larson is, we're sure, a very nice, approachable, lovable, and all around awesome sauce person, her portrayal of Captain Marvel remains lackluster and uninspired. In a lesser franchise, perhaps she could hold her own. But in this particular cinematic saga, Larson stands amongst such giants as Chris Evans' Captain America, Chris Hemsworth's Thor, and Chris Pratt's Star-Lord. With Chrises such as these, Larson clearly simply cannot compete. In all honesty, the fault does not even fall on her shoulders. Unfortunately, the problem of Captain Marvel persists. Captain Marvel cannot simply vanish lest the immaculate continuity persevered by the tireless efforts of the dedicated, dare-I-say successful laborers of Marvel Studios be damaged. Instead, we propose the simple solution of letting Goose, played by the cats Reggie, Rizzo, Gonzo, and Archie in truly Oscar-worthy performances, take up the mantle of Captain Marvel. Goose was a highlight of the Captain Marvel movie, Captain Marvel, and was even referred to as "a fantastically scene-stealing orange kitty" by the respected Christy Lemire on the late legend Roger Ebert's website. We believe that the Captain Marvel name will be better suited in Goose's very capable paws, and the extremely talented Reggie, Rizzo, Gonzo, and Archie will most definitely change the MCU for the better.

(P.S. we are not opposed to Goose playing every character under the Captain Marvel banner including Nick Fury, Talos, etc.)
