Disney, Please Fire Kathleen Kennedy!
Why this petition matters

DETAILS
I've been a huge Star Wars fan my whole life. I was in love with the first six movies, watching them over and over again with friends and family. So all my childhood memories were filled with Star Wars awesomeness! When Disney acquired Lucasfilm on October 30th, 2012, George Lucas had treatments for the sequel trilogy all ready to go and he was originally going to be the creative consultant on them.
Here's a couple of examples where Kathleen Kennedy promised to take good care of George Lucas' creations of Star Wars down below:

However, George Lucas was betrayed and I've discovered that Kathleen Kennedy didn’t believe in the Star Wars brand when she was placed in charge of it. She treated it more like something was broken that needed to be fixed. She didn’t respect its value and subsequently, didn’t respect its value to longtime fans. As far as she was concerned, the old Star Wars no longer mattered, and neither did the people who loved it.
When I saw the scene where Kylo Ren kills Han Solo inside the IMAX theater, I was shocked and heartbroken. There were children crying. Is this what Disney is all about?

Here's how other people reacted to Han Solo's death as well:

But then, when I saw Star Wars: The Last Jedi, something started to smell fishy, when Luke Skywalker tossed his father's lightsaber away. Mark Hamill and the fans didn't agree with such a disrespectful way of handling the character (Luke Skywalker would never do such a thing in Star Wars). Rian Johnson's ego got in the way of what was best for the character and the entire story:

Behind the scenes footage for the making of Star Wars: The Last Jedi reveals how Rian Johnson deliberately disrespected Mark Hamill in how Luke Skywalker should've been treated, and Kathleen Kennedy allowed this to happen:
Plus, Kathy never wanted the deleted scenes from Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker to be released on Blu-Ray for the fans to see. But some Star Wars fans like myself believe that there is still hope for a new cut of the film. According to a YouTuber name Mike Zeroh, he said that Bob Chapek is beginning to work on a new cut of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, that is said to debut on Disney+ in Christmas 2023:

We all have to have HOPE as in A New Hope.
What needs to change?
What Disney needs to change is to have Bob Chapek fire Kathleen Kennedy from Lucasfilm. I would certainly like to have him give Lucasfilm back to George Lucas, and make him the president of the company temporarily until Disney can find a permanent replacement. Perhaps Jon Favreau or Dave Filoni could fill that position. Hopefully, he can make it happen.
What happens if we win?
If we win, then the Star Wars franchise can finally continue to go in the direction that George Lucas had always envisioned.
What happens if we lose?
But if we lose, then the Star Wars fans will be very much let down and disappointed. Sells of Star Wars products will continue to decline. Besides. nobody wants to be let down or disappointed, including myself by the way.
