Our beloved sport is suffering due to the coaching malpractice of Christie Sides. She has failed to capitalize on the immense potential of the generational talent that is Caitlin Clark. Instead of promoting her skills, Sides has reduced her to a mere corner spot-up shooter, depriving the team of a competent floor leader. Caitlin's talents are being undermined and marginalized, and we believe this is a gross misuse of potential.

Beyond this, Sides has exhibited poor managerial judgement with the whole team. Playing time has been doled out seemingly on a whimsical "teacher's pet rewards" basis, showing a lack in understanding of fair and well-calculated team dynamics.

One of Sides' biggest disappointments was the unprecedented waiving of 2024 draftee Celeste Taylor. This decision, taken without reasonable public explanation or justification, serves to further highlight Sides' questionable abilities as a professional coach.
