In 2016, the obama administration surrendered control of the internet's foundation to foreign boards through ICANN. This "globalized" system has become a racketeering enterprise that:

1. Steals American Digital Property: Through WIPO's UDRP, foreign entities can seize American-owned domains for $1,500 without due process
2. Enables Corporate Espionage: Domain seizures grant access to company emails, trade secrets, and sensitive data
3. Violates National Security: Foreign actors gain control over American business communications
4. Terrorizes American Families: Attorneys use swatting and false reports to intimidate business owners

THE BETRAYAL:
Americans defeated SOPA in 2012 to prevent exactly this type of unchecked digital seizure power. By releasing ICANN to foreign control, our government implemented global SOPA by stealth—giving foreign boards the power we fought to prevent.

5. RESTORE STOLEN PROPERTY: Return all domains seized through WIPO proceedings to their American owners
